01. How do you create an account to book?
To create a new account, click the link provided below to access the Luxury Experiences by Melissa hotel booking tool, in partnership with Virtuoso.
In the top right corner of Virtuoso's site, you'll find an option to sign in. Click it!
If this is your first time using the booking tool, you’ll be prompted to create an account and confirm an Agent - search for “Melissa Lange” if it does not automatically come up. You will then need to enter your payment information required for online booking, agree to the privacy policy and hit the "create" button in red. You are in!
Important note: all new Virtuoso accounts will need to be made from a desktop or laptop computer.
02. Book your preferred hotel.
Explore the site to find your preferred hotel or get ideas using the search function and make sure to click on "more details." You can check rates, availability and reserve your desired dates. To book just click on the red "book" button next to the preferrred room or suite category and follow the steps.
When your booking is complete, you should receive a confirmation email. Luxury Experiences by Melissa will reach out within 24 hours to send you the official confirmation from the hotel. You will receive our exclusive amenities, perks and VIP status!
*Four Seasons and some other Brands don’t participate in this portal. You will need to reach out directly if a property does not bring up rates for you.
03. If you cannot find what you need, we’ve got you!
This tool is to book hotel reservations at your convenience. It is only available for "Best of the Best" properties, a preferred partnership program by Virtuoso.
